米国商務省産業・安全保障局（BIS）

7月9日、

人権侵害などの理由に基づき、

中国籍の14事業体を含む、

合計34の外国事業体を、

輸出管理規則（EAR）に基づくエンティティー・リスト（EL）に追加した。

正式には7月12日に官報公示、同日から有効となる。

バイデン政権：

6月下旬、

新疆ウイグル自治区での強制労働などの人権侵害を理由に、太陽光パネルHoshine Silicon Industryからの輸入を一部差し止めた。

また、同社を含む5つの事業体をELに追加した。

中国での人権問題に対し厳しい姿勢を示している
