根据出口管制条例 (EAR) 添加到实体清单 (EL)。

官方将于7月12日在官方公告中公布，即日起生效。

拜登政府：

六月下旬，

由于新疆维吾尔自治区的强迫劳动等侵犯人权行为，太阳能电池板和新硅业的部分进口已被暂停。

此外，包括公司在内的五个业务实体已被添加到EL。
