美国商务部：77个中国实体被添加到出口管制中：EL目标清单

美国商务部工业安全部（BIS）：
12月18日，根据《出口管制条例》（EAR），“ 77个外国实体，包括中国最大的半导体核心国际集成电路制造（SMIC）”被添加到实体列表（EL）中。
添加中芯国际EL的原因：
“参与中国政府的军民融合战略（注）”。
“制造电路线宽为10纳米或更小的半导体所需的美国产品”要接受管理。
原则上，禁止将目标产品出口/再出口/国内转移到中芯国际。
国际清算银行将确定每种情况下其他产品的出口。
