几乎禁止获取美国产品和技术，并将其从供应链中移除。它是

“目的是防止美国技术被转移，”他说。
16家中巴企业：
16家公司、组织和个人在中国和巴基斯坦工作。

In addition, no license exceptions are available for exports, reexports, or transfers (in-country) to the persons being added to the Entity List in this rule.
BIS imposes a license review policy of a presumption of denial for these twenty-seven entities.
