INCJ Not to Sign Toshiba Unit Deal If SK Hynix Seeks Stake．
Tokyo, July 15 (Jiji Press)–Innovation Network Corp. of Japan would not sign a deal on the purchase of Toshiba Corp.’s <6502> flash memory unit if there is any change to the existing acquisition framework of an INCJ-led international consortium, the head of the government-backed fund has warned. The warning by INCJ Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Toshiyuki Shiga comes after SK Hynix Inc., the South Korean member of the consortium, has recently demanded a voting stake in Toshiba Memory Corp., instead of providing funds in the form of lending under the existing framework.
