Toyota to Provide Fuel Cell Parts to Chinese Automaker

Beijing, April 22

Japan’s Toyota Motor Corp. <7203>

said Monday that it has agreed to supply fuel cell parts to a commercial vehicle unit of Beijing Automotive Group Co., or BAIC Group.

The unit, Beiqi Foton Motor Co., will mount fuel cell systems using the Toyota parts on large buses.
