サンディエゴ沖で、米海軍及び米海兵隊の支援を得て、試験を実施中。
海上自衛隊が4枚の写真を「X」で公表。

試験期間は11月中旬まで、期間中に発艦の試験も行う。
今後「Kaga」は、内部区画の変更など、2回目改修を行う。
海上自衛隊の大型護衛艦「Kaga」:
1.2024年3月、「Kaga」は1回目改修を終了、F35B発着が可能になった。
2.F35B発着用に大規模改修の2回目実施、事実上「空母化」した。
日本政府は、F35B構成部隊を常時、「Kaga」に搭載することはない。
また日本国憲法上、「Kaga」は「攻撃型空母」には当たらない。

4.during the current fiscal year, by establishing a roughly 110-men Temporary F-35B Squadron in the air base.
