台湾国際造船（CSBC）：
2024年2月27日、建造中の潜水艦Hai kun が、進水試験に成功した。
Hai kun (sea carp)：
Hai kunは、台湾が初めて独自建造した潜水艦。
ディーゼル・エレクトリック方式の通常動力型である。
船体サイズは、排水量2500ｔ、全長70m、幅8m。
兵装は、魚雷発射管6門:
魚雷、対艦ミサイル「ハープーン」や機雷を射出する。
Hai kunの進水試験：
Hai kunの進水作業を,台湾南部の高雄港で実施した。
第1段階の試験：
各タンクの水密性や重量制御、安定性やバラストのチェックを実施。
Haikuunの構造に問題ないことを確認した。
今後、CSBCが、バッテリーやディーゼルエンジンなど、動力システム確認と接岸試験を行う。
船体各部形状が判明：
艦首上方の高周波ソナーやアレイソナー、魚雷発射管、排水口など、
台湾国防部：
今後一連の試験で設計や性能に問題ないことが確認する。更に同型艦を8隻から10隻、建造する。

Taiwan Launches Its First Indigenous Submarine：
After the unveiling and christening ceremony that took place back in September last year,
Taiwan’s first Indigenous Defense Submarine (IDS), Hai Kun (SS-711) ,
In the morning of February 22：
the massive 35,000-ton Floating Drydock, Jong Shyn No.8, quietly docked outside the CSBC shipyard in Kaohsiung.
After the September ceremony：
the Hai Kun (SS-711) stayed inside the assembly facility throughout the past months, awaiting for her launch.
For the first time since September：
the public finally got a clearer glimpse of the Hai Kun when.
she was moved out from the assembly facility and into the Jong Shyn No.8 on February 26.
On the next day, after the final inspection,
The Jong Shyn No. 8, a 35,000-ton Floating Drydock
During the first phase of the Harbor Acceptance Trial,
CSBC stated they successfully conducted tests：
１．critical watertight test,
２．weight distribution control,
３．ballast control and stability control test of the hull.
In the second phase of Harbor Acceptance Trial：
in the coming months,the Hai Kun will go through
１．propulsion system checks,
２．subsystem checks,
３．calibration and follow-on installation works
such as installing the heart of a diesel submarine, the batteries, as well as installing various Mast Raising Equipment (Optronics, ESM, Radar and Communication Masts), etc.
She features 6 torpedo tubes：
