台湾の行政院:

2011年3月、東京電力福島第1原子力発電所の事故が発生した。

輸入規制を緩和:

  • 福島、栃木、群馬、茨城、千葉県で、
  • 生産・加工された食品に課していた、
  • 輸入規制措置の緩和を発表した。

2月8日、輸入規制措置の緩和案を発表した。

台湾の輸入停止:

台湾ではこれまで、5県産の食品について酒類を除き輸入停止としていた。

台湾の輸入緩和:

(1)科学的根拠に基づくこと、

(2)国際基準以上の厳格さを求めること、

(3)国民の食の安全性を守ること、

「3つの原則」「3つの措置」に基づき、11年間におよぶ輸入規制を緩和するとした。

A spokesman for Luo said that
most countries in the world have relaxed the control of Japanese food,
and Taiwan must keep pace with the times under the principle of returning to scientific evidence.

According to the “Three Principles and Three Supports”,

the 11-year-old control measures for Japanese food have been reasonably adjusted,

and in accordance with the legal authorization of Article 4, Item 5 of the “Food Safety and Hygiene Management Law”,

relevant notices will be released today.

Program, looking forward to “replacing the old with the new” in the future, striving for stability, removing obstacles, and heading towards the goal of connecting with the world.

More than 40 countries,

including the 11 member states of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Pacific Partnership (CPTPP),

have been fully deregulated.

Among them,
the United States,
Singapore,
Israel and other countries

have also joined the ranks of complete deregulation in 2021, while the EU has significantly deregulated.
