7月26日、フィリピン政府から受注した大型巡視船。
進水式を下関造船所（山口県下関市）で実施した。
海洋進出を強める中国に対し、フィリピンの海上警備能力強化を支援する。
日本政府が政府開発援助（ODA）：
日本政府が政府開発援助（ODA）の円借款によって建造資金を供与した。
進水式には駐日比大使も出席した。
フィリピンの大型巡視船：
巡視船は
- 全長96メートル、
- 総トン数2260トン、
- 最大速力24ノットで、
航続距離は4000カイリ以上。
EEZを監視：
排他的経済水域（EEZ）を監視する。
- ヘリコプター用設備、
- 遠隔操作型の無人潜水機、
- 高速作業艇などを装備する。
今後、艤装工事を経て、2022年3月にマニラへ回航し、5月に引き渡す予定。
三菱造船は同型船を2隻受注しており、2隻目も下関造船所で建造する。
