Nissan Motor Co. <7201>Nissan Not to Use Takata Air Bag Inflators

Tokyo, Nov. 7 ーNissan Motor Co. <7201> said Saturday that it will not use for vehicles it will newly develop Takata Corp.’s <7312> air bags using ammonium nitrate inflators.Other major Japanese automakers, including Toyota Motor Corp. <7203>, Honda Motor Co. <7267>, Mazda Motor Corp. <7261> and Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. <7270>, have already decided to stop using Takata air bags.(2015/11/07-22:56)
