「強制労働関連の中国企業との取引停止方針を、固めた」と共同通信が2月21日夜報じた。
取引停止の方針：

日立製作所などが含まれる。詳細の全容は、明らかにされていない 。
日本企業の対応：
米英両国が、綿製品などの輸入規制に相次いで踏み切り、日本企業も対応を迫られていた。
サプライチェーン：
新疆関連企業とつながる日本企業に、取引自制の動きが広がっている。
オーストラリア戦略政策研究所（ＡＳＰＩ）：
昨年公表した報告書で、ウイグル人の強制労働に関与した疑いがあると指摘された日本企業は、14社ある。
「無印良品」良品計画：
良品計画は「新疆綿」を使用した商品を同社のウェブサイト上で販売していた。
しかし、これは共同の調査後に削除された。
