米商務省:
11月24日、
中国やパキスタン、シンガポールの27の企業、団体、個人を安全保障上の懸念を理由に輸出禁止対象とする「エンティティーリスト」に追加したと発表した。
米国製品や技術へのアクセスを事実上禁止し、サプライチェーンから排除する。
中国に拠点を置く８企業：
商務省は、
中国拠点の８企業ないし団体が、
- 人民解放軍の対潜・対ステルスなどの、
- 軍事技術への量子コンピューティング応用に、
「米国の技術が転用されることを防ぐ狙い」を指摘した。
中国とパキスタンの16企業：
中国とパキスタンで活動する16企業、団体および個人。
パキスタンの核開発や弾道ミサイルプログラムへの関与が指定の理由とした。
