シャープ：ダイムラーに勝訴
10月７日、独自動車メーカー、ダイムラーと「モバイル技術の特許についてライセンス契約を締結した」と発表しました。
シャープは特許に関連訴訟で先月、ダイムラーに勝訴しました。
ノキアも、ライセンス取得を求めた提訴でダイムラーに勝訴しています。
ダイムラー：
「ドイツ国内での自動車販売の差し止めを迫られる可能性があった」のです。
ダイムラーは、「シャープが持つ高速携帯通信規格（ＬＴＥを含む無線通信関連規格）必須特許のライセンス契約」を、今回締結しました。
ミュンヘンの裁判所：
９月10日、「ダイムラーが無断でシャープの技術を使用していた」と認めた。
判決執行の担保金を550万ユーロ（約６億9000万円）に決定。

Sharp wins injunction against carmaker in Munich court
Ruling follows similar defeat against Nokia three weeks ago
Nokia, which joined forces with Sharp in the dispute,
won an injunction in Mannheim on Aug. 18, but hasn’t enforced it yet.
The tribunal in that case ruled Nokia can only go ahead with the ban if it posts collateral of 7 billion euros ($8.3 billion).
