ＭＳ＆ＡＤインシュアランス グループ ホールディングス株式会社（社長：柄澤 康喜）は、傘下に生
命保険事業およびファンドマネジメント事業を有する豪州の金融サービス会社、Challenger Limited
（以下「Challenger 社」、オーストラリア証券取引所上場）の株式約 6.3%（500 百万豪ドル）を、第三
者割当増資を通じて取得することを決定しました。
