こうした中台協力は異例だ。
テクノロジーを巡る米中対立の核心であるファーウェイに対して監視を強める。

４社は廃水や環境保護の工程に従事している。
台湾政府が中国向けに制限している重要技術とは異なるとの見解も示した。

頼氏は１カ月以内に調査に関する暫定報告を提出するよう求めた。
米国半導体工業会(SIA)が指摘：
深圳市で建設中の「Huaweiの別名義の半導体メーカー」を指摘した。。
鵬芯微(PXW)、鵬新旭技術(PST)、昇維旭技術(SwaySure)の3社のことだ。
Bloombergの指摘：
台湾の半導体材料販売会社である’崇越科技’や、エンジニアリングサービス企業の’漢唐集成’。
’台湾矽科宏晟科技’、’L＆Kエンジニアリングの中国子会社’など。
「化学供給システムや排水処理などに関する契約を締結」とのこと。
崇越科技の中国子会社：
崇越科技の中国子会社は「鵬芯微との廃水処理契約を締結」とのこと。
環境プロジェクトは「米国の制裁で禁止されていない」と説明。
漢唐集成：
昇維旭技術の内装改修工事を受注したが建設業である。
ウェハ関連製品や設備の製造・輸出も行っていない。
輸出管理規定に抵触することはないと説明。

Taiwan ：to probe 4 firms accused of helping Huawei
The four Taiwanese companies：
are helping Huawei set up a network of chip factories in southern China, Bloomberg reported.
Topco Scientific：One of the companies,
issued a statement acknowledging it has done business with a semiconductor manufacturer identified to be working with Huawei.
Topco said it has only cooperated on environmental protection and there have been no business transactions involving semiconductor materials or equipment.
United Integrated Services：Another Taiwanese company
confirmed to media that a Chinese subsidiary accepted a job to renovate the interior at a separate semiconductor manufacturer said to have ties with Huawei.
United Integrated Services said the group complies with the laws, policies and regulations of all jurisdictions.
The U.S. government imposed export restrictions：
on Huawei that cut off the company from supplies of chips that use U.S. technology or equipment.
Huawei has responded by beefing up its chip supply chain in China.
Taiwan： To Probe Firms Over Huawei Chip Plants
In Washington on Wednesday,
US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo:
described reports that Huawei is manufacturing advanced chips as “incredibly disturbing”.
During a Senate commerce committee hearing,she did not comment on any ongoing US probes
but said her department investigates “to the fullest wherever we think there is some credible allegation” of an export controls violation.
Raimondo told a Congressional hearing last month that there was no evidence that Huawei could produce these chips at scale.
