中国の新聞Global Timesによると、
山東省煙台市警察は、2019年4月、バオ氏に対する申し立てを調査しましたが、証拠不十分で起訴せず。
しかし、10月新たな苦情が出され、警察は別の調査を開始したとのこと。

ZTE lawyer Bao Yuming quits over child rape accusattions
Chinese telecommunications company ZTE on Friday
announced its independent non-executive director Bao Yuming had submitted his resignation amid his ongoing child rape investigation, China’s state daily Global Times reports.
Bao had held his post at ZTE since mid-2018 and received a salary of 250,000 yuan (US$35,525) in 2019.
Bao was also chief legal officer at Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group Co. in Yantai, eastern Shandong province.
