中兴高管在性侵犯指控中辞职

有报道称他正因性侵犯而接受调查，他已辞职。
公司宣布
鲍玉明（又名罗伯特·Y·鲍）已经退出董事会。
该公司生产电信设备，在一份证券交易所文件中表示
媒体报道“对此表示关注”。
包先生（律师）尚未对这些指控发表评论。
他还被免除了在石油公司和大学的职位。
从其他职位解雇
根据《环球时报》的报道，山东省烟台市的警察
在2019年4月对包先生的投诉进行调查后得出结论，认为他的行为不构成犯罪。
不过，该报称，十月份又对他提出了新的申诉，警方已展开另一项调查。
在深圳证券交易所的备案中
包先生自2018年中以来一直在中兴通讯工作，
据《环球时报》报道。中兴通讯在其2018年年度报告中将包先生描述为“中国十大首席法律官之一”。

ZTE lawyer Bao Yuming quits over child rape accusattions
Chinese telecommunications company ZTE on Friday
announced its independent non-executive director Bao Yuming had submitted his resignation amid his ongoing child rape investigation, China’s state daily Global Times reports.
Bao had held his post at ZTE since mid-2018 and received a salary of 250,000 yuan (US$35,525) in 2019.
Bao was also chief legal officer at Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group Co. in Yantai, eastern Shandong province.
