米国財務省：
12月23日、対北朝鮮制裁に違反したとして米国デラウェア州TDバンクグループに罰金11万5000ドル（1320万円）の支払いを命じた。

TDバンクグループOFACがこの日明らかにした。
TDバンク：
- 2016年12月20日から18年8月15日まで、
- OFACの認可なしで、
- 国連駐在北朝鮮大使館職員9人の口座を開設。
その後、1479件の取引を行った。
取引額は総額38万3685ドル（4387万円）に達する。
- TDバンクはさらに、
- 海外で麻薬取引を行った容疑で、
- 「ブラックリスト」に掲載された、
米国人に2つの口座を開設し、4年以上にわたりこれを維持していたこともわかった。

The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
today announced a $115,005.04 settlement of two cases involving T.D. Bank, N.A. (“TDBNA”)
for apparent violations of the North Korea Sanctions Regulations and the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Sanctions Regulations.
The apparent violations in both matters
