商船三井：
9月11日、モーリシャスの環境保護などに使う基金の設立を中心に約10億円を拠出すると発表した。
民間企業と連携して中長期にわたって支援を続ける。
貨物船は同社が手配しており、事故の社会的責任を果たす。
基金に拠出：
現地NGOやモーリシャス政府の基金に約1億円を拠出する。
燃料油による汚染で打撃を受けた現地の水産業や観光業も継続的に支援する。
現地の要望に応じて40フィートの冷凍コンテナを1本寄付する。

TOKYO-Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Junichiro Ikeda)
today announced to provide long-term contributions to the environment and the society of Mauritius with the support and cooperation of experts and organizations with specialized knowledge of environmental restoration and protection, and working closely with the government of Japan.
Thirteen MOL Group employees
