全米不動産業者協会（ＮＡＲ）が19日発表、９月米中古住宅販売件数は市場予想以上に減少し、約３年ぶりの低水準。
物件価格や住宅ローン金利上昇で、買い手が購入を見合わせています。

販売件数：前月比で減少し、年換算515万戸と、2015年11月以来の低水準（市場予想・529万戸）
販売価格（中央値）：前年同月比4.2％上昇の25万8100ドル
在庫：前年同月比1.1％増の188万戸
