米投資会社ブラックストーン・グループと米マサチューセッツ・ミューチュアル・ライフ・インシュアランス、シンガポール政府投資公社（ＧＩＣ）は、ゴールドマン・サックス・グループが保有する英生保会社ロスシー・ライフの残りの株式を購入することで合意した。
この取引に詳しい関係者によれば、ロスシーを約20億ポンド（約2850億円）と評価している。

Goldman sells shares in the UK life insurance business to three companies including Blackstone
Blackstone Group and US Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance, Singapore Government Investment Corporation (GIC), by buying the remaining shares of the Goldman Sachs group’s English Life Insurance company Rossy Life Agreed.
According to a stakeholder familiar with this transaction, Rossy is estimated at about 2 billion pounds (about 285 billion yen).
Blackstone and GIC are major shareholders of Rothy since 2013, and Massachusetts · mutual also acquired shares. Goldman’s holding ratio at the time was 36%. Bloomberg
