Hitachi ABB Power Grids：

ABBのパワーグリッド事業を承継する新会社、Hitachi ABB Power Gridsが7月1日付で発足。

日立が、ABBから分割された事業会社の株式の80.1％を取得。

日立は2023年以降、ABB残りの19.9％の株式を取得して完全子会社にする予定。

発電側の脱炭素化が進み、再生エネルギーの活用ニーズが増大。

需給調整など、高度な機能を持った送配電網への投資が増えると見込む。

today reached a significant milestone in the company’s transformation towards a decentralized global technology company, with the completion of the divestment of 80.1 percent of its Power Grids business to Hitachi, as planned.

The divestment

allows ABB to focus on key market trends and customer needs such as the electrification of transport and industry, automated manufacturing, digital solutions and increased sustainable productivity.
