日立完成了对瑞士ABB电网业务的收购程序。
此次收购价格是日立有史以来最高的7500亿日元记录。
日立ABB电网：
继ABB电网业务之后的新公司Hitachi ABB Power Grids于7月1日成立。
日立从ABB手中收购了该运营公司80.1％的股份。
日立计划从2023年开始收购ABB其余19.9％的股份，并使其成为全资子公司。
发电方面的脱碳正在进行中，并且利用可再生能源的需求也在增加。
预计对具有先进功能（如供需调整）的输配电网络的投资将会增加。

The divestment
allows ABB to focus on key market trends and customer needs such as the electrification of transport and industry, automated manufacturing, digital solutions and increased sustainable productivity.
