Facebookは、House Energy＆Commerce Committeeの資料提出要求に対し、詳細に記述した747ページ（SNS等、他企業とのデータ共有取引）の資料を提出しました。

Facebookは、Alibaba、Huawei、Lenovo、Oppoなどの中国企業を含む52社と、ユーザー情報を共有しています。

既に、38社とのパートナーシップ（HP / PalmやInqのような関連事業を終了した企業によるもの）は終了しています。
また、2018年7月にはさらに7社、10月にはもう1社が期限切れになる予定です。
