スタンダードチャータード銀行：

火曜日、米国財務省外貨管理局（OFAC）に、657百万ドル支払いで合意した。

主に、イラン関連制裁違反を、解決するため。

その他の違反（キューバ、スーダン、ビルマ、シリア、ジンバブエに対する制裁も含むとのこと。

StanChart（ロンドンを拠点）は、ジンバブエ制裁違反を別途解決、OFACに約1800万ドル支払い。

OFACによると、2009年6月~2014年6月まで、米国で9,335件、合計4億3,750万ドルの取引を実施。
