米財務省：露Rosneftを制裁
火曜日、米国財務省が、露Rosneftを制裁することを発表しました。
「Rosneft及びRosneft Trading SAが、ベネズエラ原油の販売/輸送を仲介した」と、Steven Mnuchin商務長官が、声明で述べています。
「米国は、マドゥロ政権の腐敗､石油略奪を、防ぐための決意表明である」とのこと。
Rosneft and Rosneft Trading SA
were already the subject of US restrictions relating to Russia’s involvement in the conflict in Ukraine that erupted in 2014.
What’s the Russian response?
Neither Rosneft nor its trading arm have so far publicly spoken on the issue.
But the Russian foreign ministry condemned the sanctions.
