Toshiba Corp. <6502> Toshiba to Report April-Sept. Operating Loss
Tokyo, Nov. 5–Toshiba Corp. <6502> is seen reporting a group operating loss of some 90 billion yen for April-September, the first such loss for the period in six years, it was learned on Thursday.
The dismal result, which compares with the year-before profit of 137.8 billion yen, appears to reflect the continued sluggishness in the lifestyle products and services division.
