タイ政府による中国製潜水艦の調達計画が、暗礁に乗り上げた。
ドイツ製エンジンを搭載：
建造を請け負う中国国有企業は、ドイツ製エンジンの搭載を予定していた。
しかし、「ドイツ側が、中国側への供給を拒んだ」のだ。
契約破棄の可能性：
タイ政府は、
当初の合意条件通りでなければ、契約破棄もあり得る。
今後、両国関係のしこりとなる可能性がある。
タイのプラユット首相：
「エンジンがない潜水艦を購入するつもりは全くない」とのこと。

Équipé d’un moteur allemand :
L’entreprise publique chinoise qui entreprend la construction prévoyait d’installer un moteur de fabrication allemande.
Cependant, “la partie allemande a refusé d’approvisionner la partie chinoise”.
Possibilité de résiliation du contrat :

Si les termes de l’accord initial ne sont pas respectés, le contrat peut être annulé.
Cela pourrait devenir une masse dans les relations bilatérales à l’avenir.
Premier ministre thaïlandais Prayut :
“Je n’ai pas l’intention d’acheter un sous-marin sans moteur.”

Der Plan der thailändischen Regierung, ein U-Boot aus chinesischer Produktion zu beschaffen, ist ins Stocken geraten.
Ausgestattet mit einem deutschen Motor:
Der chinesische Staatsbetrieb, der den Bau übernimmt, plante den Einbau eines in Deutschland hergestellten Motors.
Allerdings „weigerte sich die deutsche Seite, die chinesische Seite zu beliefern“.
Möglichkeit der Vertragskündigung:

Wenn die Bedingungen der ursprünglichen Vereinbarung nicht erfüllt werden, kann der Vertrag gekündigt werden.
Es könnte in Zukunft zu einem Klumpen in den bilateralen Beziehungen werden.
Der thailändische Premierminister Prayut:
“Ich habe nicht die Absicht, ein U-Boot ohne Motor zu kaufen.”

A German company has refused to supply the necessary diesel engines to the Chinese firm building the submarine.
Thailand’s procurement of a submarine from China could be canceled
after a German company said it was unable to supply the needed propulsion system,
the country’s Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha said earlier this week.
In 2017,
Thailand agreed to the purchase of the S26T submarine for 13.5 billion baht ($402.9 million),with payments to be made in installments over a seven-year period, with delivery expected next year.
But that deadline is unlikely to be met following the recent news
that Germany’s Motor and Turbine Union company has refused to supply cutting-edge MTU396 diesel engines
to the Chinese firm building the S26T Yuan-class submarine for the Royal Thai Navy (RTN).
The German company
is reportedly barred from making the sale due to a European Union government embargo on the sale of military items to China,imposed in the aftermath of the 1989 Tiananmen Square massacres.
