US DOC: 46 Huawei-related companies, added to sanctions list: limited grace / 90 days extension

On August 19, 46 new Huawei-related companies (Note) were added to the entity list (EL) based on the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Meanwhile, Huawei and its affiliated company (EL listed) announced that they will extend the limited embargo for 90 days.
The new deadline is November 18.

However, four days later, on May 20, contracts were already concluded with Huawei-related companies for four transactions (network maintenance / support transactions).
The temporary comprehensive license (TGL: Temporary General License) is due on August 19th (see the article on May 21, 2019)
(Note) As of August 19, the Federal Gazette has not yet been announced, but the latest list including 46 companies added this time can be confirmed in the EL (as of August 19) of the Ministry of Commerce.
