美国商务部：46家华为相关公司，加入制裁名单：有限恩典/ 90天延期

8月19日，根据美国出口管理条例（EAR），46个新的华为相关公司（注）被添加到实体列表（EL）中。
与此同时，华为及其附属公司（EL上市公司）宣布，他们将延长有限禁运90天。
新的截止日期是11月18日。
工业和安全局（BIS）：5月16日
5月16日，BIS将华为和68家相关公司加入EL（见文章于2019年5月16日）
工业和安全局（BIS）：5月20日
然而，四天后，即5月20日，已经与华为相关公司签订了四项交易合同（网络维护/支持交易）。
临时综合许可证（TGL：临时通用许可证）将于8月19日到期（参见2019年5月21日的文章）
