三菱电机赢得针对中国工厂自动化产品造假者的商标侵权诉讼
三菱商標を不正に付したFA製品を製造・販売していた中国広東省広州市内の模倣業者（以下、本件模倣業者）に対し、2016年11月に広東省広州市天河区人民法院で商標権侵害訴訟を提起していました。
広州市内の模倣業者：
広州菱燁自動化設備有限公司、
広州龍彦 自動化科技有限公司、
広州欧業自動化科技有限公司、
本件模倣業者は2012年頃からシーケンサ、ACサーボ、インバーター等の当社FA製品の模倣品を製造・販売。
勝訴が確定：
2018年11月の第一審における当社勝訴に続き、今般、上訴審となる広東省広州知識産権法院においても当社勝訴が確定しました。
その経営者・従業員らは刑事訴訟において2016年5月に刑事有罪判決を受け、模倣品および製造設備の破棄などが命じられています。
今後も模倣行為に対しては、摘発や法的措置を通じて厳正に対処し、ブランド価値の向上を図ってまいります。

TOKYO, September 15, 2020
Mitsubishi Electric Corporation
announced today that the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court has upheld an earlier ruling in Mitsubishi Electric’s favor regarding infringement of the company’s trademarks by
Guangzhou Lingye Automation Equipment,
Guangzhou Longyan Automation Tech,
Guangzhou Ouye Automation Tech、
and their owners located in Guangzhou,
Guangdong Province, China.
The defendants manufactured and sold a large quantity of dead copy products, including
PLCs,
AC servos,
inverters、
other factory-automation equipment
bearing counterfeit Mitsubishi trademarks, beginning in around 2012.
The defendants
were convicted of illegally manufacturing and selling these products in May 2016, after which Mitsubishi Electric sued the defendants for trademark infringement and won the case.
