オリックス：
このたび、インドのGreenko Energy Holdings（本社：モーリシャス）株式の一部取得について、基本合意書を締結しました。
今後、デューデリジェンスや法的手続き等を経て、年内に株式取得手続きの完了を目指します。
Greenko：
インドの2大再エネ事業者の1社を傘下に持ちます。
- 太陽光発電、
- 風力発電、
- 水力発電など、
設備容量合計4.4GWの稼働済再エネ発電施設を運営。
水力発電事業1.2GWに加え、合計8GWの開発中プロジェクトを有しています。
出資の状況：
現在、GICが65.8％、ADIAが16.5％の株式を保有しています。
インド国営機関や州電力公社など向けに平均20年超の長期売電契約（PPA）を確保しており、高い成長性と安定的な収益基盤を構築しています。
2016年に共同出資によりインドの風力発電事業（設備容量計873MW）に参入。

are keen on renewable energy companies in Asia.Tokyo-based Orix Corporation
plans to invest US$ 980 million in Hyderabad-based Greenko Energy Holdings for an estimated 20% stake.Greenko Energy
is a wind and solar developer in India.Singapore’s GIC Private Limited
is the largest shareholder in Greenko, owning a 65% ownership stake.“In addition to acquiring Greenko’s issued shares from the founders’ group, Orix will integrate its entire wind power generation business in India, into Greenko in exchange for the power firm’s new shares,”
