テキサス州ニューマン発電所向けに受注した。
６０年以上稼働してきた設備と置き換える案件。
２０２３年に商業運転を始める予定だ。
受注金額を明らかにしていない。
「ＴＯＭＯＮＩ」を提供：
顧客の電力事業者エルパソ・エレクトリックが、「発電設備とともに、大規模な太陽光発電と蓄電池も運用する」とのこと。
三菱パワーは、エルパソ・エレクトリックに、設備用デジタルサービス「ＴＯＭＯＮＩ」を提供する。
これにより起動・停止や負荷調整を迅速化できる。
また、再生可能エネルギーの変動にも対応しやすくする。
