Rack-type, single-phase liquid immersion cooling system: Until now, NTT DATA has operated in air-cooled operation.
In the future, we will adopt a single-phase, non-boiling liquid immersion cooling system. “70% of the current air cooling operation procedure” is used as it is.
Conventional tank type liquid immersion cooling system:
Verified with the conventional tank type at the data center EAST. We confirmed that “operability is improved by 173%”.
As a result of applying the immersion cooling method, the cooling energy is reduced by 92% according to our own standards. It will apply to data centers from 2023.
