血圧計とECG（心電図）機能など、医療機器機能を搭載した野心的製品です。
世界販売で苦戦：
一方、世界販売でかなり苦戦しています。
現在、販売できている国はわずか11カ国のみ。中国、
チリ、
インドネシア、
クウェート、
ロシアなど、ごく一部の国に限られます。
EUでの販売：
Huawei Watch Dは、EUでの販売を目指していました。
しかし、
- 各国の認可を得られず、
- 一番の訴求ポイントとなる、
- 血圧計や心電図機能が使えません。
欧米先進諸国での販売は、遠い道のりです。
