西武ホールディングス<9024>は、米国の投資会社であるケルベロス（Cerberus）が、日本の主要鉄道会社やホテルオペレーターの株式をすべて売却したと発表した。

Tokyo, Aug. 16 (Jiji Press)–Seibu Holdings Inc. <9024> said Wednesday that U.S. investment firm Cerberus has sold all of its shareholdings in the major Japanese railway and hotel operator.
Cerberus invested in the company when the Seibu Railway Co. group was reorganized into the Seibu Holdings group in 2006, after the railway operator was delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange in December 2004 due to securities fraud. JIJI PRESS
