世界最大級の船舶用クランクシャフトを納入｜ 当社はこのほど、世界最大級となる超大型コンテナ船用クランクシャフト（全長22m、重量約500t）一式を大手舶用エンジンメーカーである三井造船（株）殿へ納入しました。本製品は、当社が2014年に開発した設計疲労強度を20％向上させる「型入れ鍛造法」を適用し製造したもので、昨年度2隻分の同型クランクシャフトを納入し、今回で3隻目となります。今後、既納入分を含め10数隻の同型船の建造が予定されており、2018年度までに順次納入予定です。 また、同時にエンジンの回転力をプロペラに伝達する中間軸にも当社独自の技術である高強度材が採用されています。 KOBELCO 神戸製鋼

In the future, it is planned to construct 10 types of same type ships, including already delivered parts, and will be delivered in order by FY 2018.
