Japanese companies in Spain: expected operating profit – political / social risk mitigation

JETRO announced “December 11, 2018” survey on the actual situation of Japanese companies entering Europe in 2018 “(the number of Japanese companies in Spain responding to 24 companies).
Prospect of operating profit of Japanese company in Spain in 2018:
18 companies (75.0%) who are three quarters of the 24 companies answering answered “surplus”
Those companies that answered “equilibrium” and “deficit” were 3 companies (12.5%)
Maintaining the same high level as the proportion of companies that answered “surplus” in Europe (73.9%) (see Table 1).
On the other hand, the expected operating profit for 2019 is somewhat pessimistic compared to other countries.
