ノルウェーの政府系ファンド （ＳＷＦ）、政府年金基金グローバル（運用資産額9800億ドル＝約107兆円）は、3330億ドル相当の債券ポートフォリオの全面的な見直しを政府に提案した。株式の保有高を拡大するなど流動性の高い資産への投資を強化する中で、円建て債と新興市場債、社債については減らすよう勧告した。 Bloomberg

The Norwegian Government Fund (SWF) and the Government Pension Fund Global ($ 980 billion of assets under management = about 107 trillion yen) proposed to the government a full review of the $ 333 billion worth of bond portfolio. While strengthening its investment in highly liquid assets, such as by increasing the holdings of stocks, we recommended reducing yen-denominated bonds and emerging market bonds and corporate bonds.
