Italy: Number of new cars registered in 2019: Almost the same as the previous year

Italy: New car registrations
In 2019, new car registrations in Italy increased by 0.3% to 19,216,222 units.
Although no significant elongation was observed, reduction was avoided.
By brand and manufacturer: Number of new vehicles registered (see Table 1)
Fiat was the number one car again, but was down 11.9% to 280,810 units.
Dacia, which is part of the Renault group, jumped 36.4% to 84,088 units, rising to ninth place.
Japanese manufacturers:
Toyota, Suzuki, Mazda and Mitsubishi Motors increase,
Nissan, Honda and Subaru decreased.
Lexus, ranked 31st, grew significantly by 46.5%.
