🎇AIST: It demonstrates for the first time that the phase change of the electron wave reflects the internal structure of artificial atom

- We demonstrated that the phase shift of the electron wave scattered by artificial atom including many electrons shows behavior depending on the shape of the electron trajectory inside the artificial atom.
- The verification experiment was realized by conducting precise and reliable phase measurement using a two-way interferometer independently developed and improved.
- It is expected to be applied to quantum information devices such as qubits using elucidation of new physical phenomena by highly accurate phase measurement and phase control of electron wave.
