Hitachi: Bombardier offers high-speed train to Italy Trenitalia-Frecciarossa 1000 14-car formation

Railway system company company Hitachi Rail (Italy) (CEO: Maurizio Manfellotto):

In collaboration with Bombardier, it provides high-speed vehicles to the Italian railway Trenitalia.

“Frecciarossa (Fletcher Rossa) 1000 signed an agreement on supply and maintenance of 14 formations”.

A total of € 5.75 billion (¥ 69.8 billion)

Hitachi contract: EUR 342 million (approximately 41.5 billion yen)

Bombardier signed a contract for € 233 million (approximately ¥ 28.3 billion).
