1. Crude Oil Trends

Oil imports in October amounted to 15.22 million kl, 105.5% higher than the previous year, exceeding the previous year. Looking in descending order of import volume,

(1) Saudi Arabia (6.2 million kl, 108.2% compared with the same month of the previous year)

(2) United Arab Emirates (3.75 million kl, 97.4% same)

(3) Kuwait (1.1 million kl, 128.3% same)

(4) Qatar (109 million kl, 96.1% same)

(5) Russia (800,000 kl, 135.0% same).

The dependence on the Middle East this month is 86.2%, down 1.5 points from the previous year, down from the previous year.

2. Production of fuel oil

Production of fuel oil reached 12,760,000 kl, 95.3% of the same month last year, falling below the previous year for eleven consecutive months. Looking at oil type, A heavy oil and B · C heavy oil exceeded the same month of the previous year, but gasoline, naphtha, jet fuel oil, kerosene and diesel oil fell below the same month of the previous year.

3. Import and export of fuel oil

Imports of fuel oil amounted to 3.3 million kl, 121.1% compared to the same month of the previous year, exceeding the previous year for the second consecutive month. Exports were 1.97 million kl, an increase of 101.7% compared to the same month last year, exceeding the previous year for the first time in five months.

4. Domestic sales of fuel oil

Domestic sales of fuel oil reached 14.1 million kl, an increase of 101.5% from the same month last year, exceeding the previous year’s results for the first time in 8 months. Looking at oil type, naphtha, jet fuel oil, light oil, A heavy oil and B · C heavy oil exceeded the same month of the previous year, but gasoline and kerosene fell below the same month of the previous year.

5. Stock of fuel oil

Inventory of fuel oil was 102.3 kiloliters, down 99.1% from the previous year, down from the previous year. In terms of oil type, gasoline, naphtha, kerosene and A heavy oil exceeded the same month of the previous year, but jet fuel oil, light oil and B / C heavy oil fell below the same month of the previous year.
