Japan (JADA): New vehicle sales announced in August: 6% increase from the previous year

Japan Automobile Dealers Association and others announced new car sales in August.
In August, 388,600 new cars were sold in Japan.
It was positive for the second consecutive month, up 6.7% from the same month last year.

Regular cars, small cars, trucks: 242,718 units, up 4% from the same month last year
Mini vehicles: 140,882 units, up 11.5%
