Hydrogen energy/city competitiveness ranking:

On May 22, Trend Bank announced the “Hydrogen Energy City Competitiveness Ranking“.

China’s hydrogen industry:

The degree to which the infrastructure is in place,
Policy, commercial positiveness,
Hydrogen production and various applications,

Rank cities’ competitiveness in hydrogen energy through specificity indicators.

Model city conditions:

Base of core parts, core materials, etc.,
FCV development plan/action plan support measures, at least 50 FCVs spread,
Construction and operation of one hydrogen station,

Model promotion notice; designated city

Beijing,
Shanxi (3 cities),
Shanghai, Jiangsu (5 cities),
Henan (1 city),
Hubei (1 city),
Guangdong (5 cities),
Sichuan (1 city)

Excluded cities:

On the other hand, the cities that were not targeted were

Shandong (4 cities),
Hebei (3 cities),
Zhejiang (2 cities)

Several cities are in the ranking, with Shanghai being the top.

Hydrogen stations have already been operated at seven locations.

This time, model cities will be selected, centering on the 30 cities ranked.
