We announced the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle “iX5 Hydrogen” based on the SAV “X5”.

“IAA Mobility 2021”:

In September, it will be unveiled for the first time in the world at “IAA Mobility 2021” held in Munich, Germany.

Since 2013, the BMW Group has been cooperating with Toyota in product development.

Toyota provides fuel cell stack.
BMW independently developed the powertrain.

BMW eDrive System:

The powertrain installed in the iX5 Hydrogen.

It is called the 5th generation BMW e-drive system.

Electric motor:

Generates a maximum output of 374 horsepower.
Power comparable to an in-line 6-cylinder gasoline engine.
The most powerful of all BMW models.
