Kawasaki Heavy Industries:

In August 2014, we received an order from Turkmenistan “Turkmengas” in collaboration with Turkish Construction and Renaissance Company.

The world’s largest gas-to-gasoline plant (the capital city of Ashgabat, North Odandan Depe) has been completed.

The plant this time: The latest technology of Topsoe

Topsoe is based in Denmark and supplies chemical process technology and catalysts worldwide.

Using the latest technology from Topsoe, it is the only plant in the world that produces 600,000 tons of high-quality gasoline annually using natural gas as a raw material.

In this plant, gasoline is synthesized from methanol synthesized from natural gas.

Since the gasoline produced does not contain heavy metals, it does not emit harmful substances when it is burned.

In addition, it is a high quality gasoline that is low in impurities such as sulfur because it is 100% chemically synthesized gasoline, and complies with the strict environmental regulations of each country.
