Ricoh exhibited a production process visualization system at the 4th Smart Factory EXPO.
The production process visualization system is called “All-Line Recognizer (ALR)”.
All Line Recognizer (ALR):
ALR is a product of the Ricoh / Atsugi Plant (Kanagawa Prefecture) commercializing a system that visualizes production sites.
Recruitment results: 50-60 companies employed
In 2016, Ricoh Japan started sales to external customers.
The functions are being expanded sequentially, such as “Can detect objects and people.”
It has been employed by 50 to 60 companies.
The biggest features:
4 units per package as standard
Connect up to 8 cameras,
Synchronize those shooting data,
24 hours a day, one month can be recorded whole.
With a month’s data, we can see the changes later. ”
Enhanced functions:
Display up to 10 windows on one screen,
Notification based on the detection result,
Video marking,
Tact chart,
Detection settings are easy, and each operation takes 2-3 minutes.
“When an abnormality is detected, Ricoh holds the related patent for the video data confirmation function in accordance with the time stamp,” said the same person.
