An FC system was developed for the French Energy Observer.
“Energy Observer” aims to sail around the world with renewable energy.
Toyota “MIRAI”: using mounted components
We have developed a compact FC system for ships using the components of “MIRAI”.
As a result, high output, high efficiency, and high reliability have been achieved compared to the conventional Energy Observer.
“Energy Observer” means:
In 2015, French yacht racer / Victorien Erussard and explorer / Jérôme Delafosse converted the racing boat into a self-contained energy boat.
To date, it has called 48 ports in 25 countries and has sailed over 18,000 nautical miles.
